G&S Description
| G&S Category Code: | 948 - Health Related Services (For Human Services See Class 952) , 948 - Health Related Services (See Class 952 For Human Services) | |
| Description: |
The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified providers to deliver comprehensive occupational health and wellness services for the Broken Arrow Fire Department.
Through this solicitation, the City seeks to evaluate service delivery models, identify industry best practices, and establish partnerships that support firefighter health, medical readiness, injury prevention, wellness, and operational performance. Information obtained through this process will assist the City in selecting providers and developing a comprehensive occupational health and wellness program that supports the long-term health, safety, and operational readiness of its firefighters. Recognizing that providers may specialize in different aspects of occupational health, this RFP is organized into individual service modules. Proposers may submit responses for one, multiple, or all service modules based on their qualifications, experience, and service capabilities. The City reserves the right to: • Award one or multiple contracts. • Award all, some, or none of the requested services. • Accept complete or partial proposals. • Negotiate the scope of services, pricing, and contract terms. • Decline implementation of any proposed service. • Phase implementation based on operational priorities, budget availability, and organizational needs. The issuance of this Request for Proposals does not obligate the City to award a contract, enter into negotiations, or purchase any specific service or program. |
