Seminole County intends to renew a sole-source procurement with Badger Meter, Inc. for the supply of Badger Meter BEACON Software.
Any vendor who believes they can provide the goods described in the attached sole source documentation should respond to this ISS by the date specified. To be considered, vendors must complete the attached Intent to Sole Source Response form (under “project documents”) and respond to this solicitation by clicking “place offer”. If applicable, upload documentation to support your position.
In the event respondents demonstrate the ability to supply the same or substantially similar products and/or services, the County may, in its sole discretion, elect to cancel this sole source and advertise a competitive solicitation.
Per correspondence from Badger Meter, Inc. May 12 2025, Badger Meter BEACON Software is sold and serviced only through Badger Meter, Inc.
