The City of Gardner is seeking a licensed contractor or generator equipment vendor to remove and replace our existing diesel backup generator system. The new system should match or exceed the performance of our current unit, which is a Caterpillar 3406 B-based diesel generator with approximately 350 kW output at 480V, 3-phase, 60 Hz. Proposals will be accepted by the City Clerk, Gardner City Hall, 120 E. Main Street, Gardner, Kansas, 66030, until 10:00 A.M. (local time) on August 5, 2025.

A mandatory site visit will be conducted on July 28, 2025, starting at 8:30 a.m., at City Hall.
