The purpose of this invitation is to solicit written quotations for the purchase of a backhoe loader for
The City of Richmond Hill. Sealed bids will be received at City Hall located at 40 Richard R. Davis Drive,
Richmond Hill, Georgia 31324 for hand or express delivery; for standard mailed documents send to P.O.
Box 250, Richmond Hill, Georgia 31324 by 2:30 P.M., November 26th, 2024.The City reserves the right to
reject any and all bids and to waive formalities.
Instructions for preparation and submission of a bid are contained in this Invitation to Bid package.
Please note that specific forms for submission of a bid are required. Bids must be typed or printed in ink

2:30 P.M., November 8th, 2024. No responses will be given to questions received after that time.
