Project Description: Tohopekaliga Water Authority (“Toho”), an independent special district established pursuant to Chapter 189, Florida Statutes, by special act of the Florida Legislature, hereby issues this Invitation for Bids (“IFB”) from qualified firms to provide survey, inspection, maintenance, new installations, install replacements and field test backflow assemblies where applicable.
