The intent of these specifications is to secure an annual contract for backflow repair and testing equipment and supplies to be used by the City of Irving Water Utilities Department.

The responses will be posted after consultation with the appropriate department personnel. If the responses necessitate a significant change to the specifications, an addendum will be issued.
