Project Description: The City of Tempe is seeking to establish a contract for inspection, testing, repair, and replacement of backflow prevention (lead free) assemblies. The term of any resulting contract shall be for two (2) years with an opportunity to renew for an additional three (3) years as provided for within the Special Terms and Conditions Section of this Request for Proposal (RFP).
