The project is generally described as: Repair and stabilization of an existing slope failure along the south shoreline of the Potomac River in Westmoreland State Park. The project includes excavation, grading, structural slope stabilization measures (soil nails), riprap revetment, drainage improvements, access improvements, and associated work required to repair and stabilize the slope.
