Place of Performance:
This acquisition will be 100 % set-aside for a total small business. Reclamation anticipates issuing a Request for Quotes (RFQ), 140R1026Q0008, (written) by August 13, 2026, and the RFQ will close by August 25, 2026, however, all dates in this notice are subject to change. Any amendments applicable to the solicitation will be posted at the same site. Reclamation intends to award one firm firm-fixed-price contract. Prospective vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to the closing of this solicitation.
This contract will be a firm-fixed price contract for the base year plus four option years to be exercised at the Government's discretion under the authority of FAR clause 52.217-9, Option to Extend the Term of the Contract. There is a potential for another six-month extension under the authority of FAR clause 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services, to be exercised at the Government's discretion if deemed appropriate.
The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 541380, Environmental testing laboratories or services. The applicable Product Service Code is B533, Special Studies/analysis- Water Quality. The small business standard size is $19M.
The initial period of performance (base year) shall be 12 months, with four (4) 1-year option years to renew. The anticipated period of performance is:
Base Year: 1/1/27 - 12/31/27
Option Year One: 1/1/28 - 12/31/28
Option Year Two: 1/1/29 - 12/31/29
Option Year Three: 1/1/30 - 12/31/30
Option Year Four: 1/1/31 - 12/31/31
This service acquisition will be purchased in accordance with FAR Part 12, simplified acquisition procedures apply. The Government will evaluate quotes based on factors listed in the solicitation.
