Summary

The City of West Sacramento is accepting sealed responses for B Street Tower Parklet Project to be received no later than Wednesday, October 30, 2024 at 2:00 pm .

The bid specifications, including instructions on how to bid, standards for a responsive bid, and project specifications, are attached hereto in Attachments and incorporated herein by reference as if set forth in full

Background

The B Street Tower Parklet Project is located at 304 B Street in West Sacramento and the scope of work includes: Removing current art panels and signs, repairing and adjusting tower bracing, straightening steel beams, cleaning the existing structure and painting lower portion of the tower. In addition, the work will include adding a concrete slab under the tower which connects to the existing path.
