B3705 SNYDER RANGE CARPET AND PAINTING

AMENDMENT 02: 22 September 2025

The purpose of this Amendment is to:

1. Provide additional clarification on Questions 14, 16, 19, and 28.

2. Upload a REVISED version of the final questions and answers attachment, titled - "QA Response_19Sep25"

3. All other Solicitation and Contract terms remain active and in full effect.

AMENDMENT 01: 19 September 2025

The purpose of this Amendment is to:

1. Extend the date offers are due by Two (2) Calendar Days. From 22 September 2025 at 02:00 PM CDT to 24 September 2025 at 02:00 PM CDT.

2. Attach the finalized Questions and Answers attachment with Government responses highlighted in red - Titled "Finalized Question and Answers - CAO 19SEP25"

3. Attach the revised Statement of Work attachment with changes highlighted - Titled "SOW B3705 Snyder EWS - CAO 19SEP25"

4. Attach the Flooring and Phasing Plan attachment - Titled "Flooring and Phasing B3705 - CAO 19SEP"

5. This Concludes all changes made on this amendment. All other Solicitation and Contract terms remain active and in full effect.

Current As Of 19 September 2025.

28 AUG: REVISION 01

The purpose of this Revision is to:

1. Add a document titled "B3705 Questions and Answers". This document will be used to consolidate all vendor inquiries and Government responses. Government responses are highlighted in red.

2. Re-upload SOW document titled "B3705 SNYDER Range SOW (Updated) 11 Aug.pdf" due to multiple inquiries regarding vendor inability to download or open file. Document was erroneously labeled as Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) - DoD Community Only.

3. This concludes all changes made in this revision. Current As Of 28AUG24.

This requirement is for the renovation of B3705 at Snyder TX 79549 to include the replacement of interior carpeting and the painting and sealing work of the building exterior. The period of performance is a negotiable 30 calendar days. See the attachments for additional details.
