B5710: Requirements Contract for Central Station Monitoring of Fire Alarm Systems

• Bid Due Date and Time: September 10, 2026, 4:00 P.M.
• Bid Opening Date and Time: September 11, 2026, 11:00 A.M.
• Pre-Bid Conference: March 3, 2026, at 2:00 P.M., on Microsoft Teams Live. The link to register to attend the Pre-Bid Conference is here . We recommend that proposers download the free Microsoft Teams Application on their computer and/or mobile device to participate in the Teams Live Event in advance of the conference and attendees should plan to log in 5 minutes prior to the conference start time.

Description: The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials and necessary services to completely provide for 24-hour, 7 day/week Central Station Monitoring of the existing Fire Alarm Systems in selected schools and other buildings.
