• Pre-Bid Conference Date and Time: **March 16, 2026 at 10:00 A.M., on Microsoft Teams Live. The link to the Pre-Bid Conference is here . Description: This is a requirements contract and is intended to cover, during the period of the contract, the requirements for furnishing and delivering aviation maintenance training equipment by the Contractor to over 1,800 schools and 200 offices under the jurisdiction of the DOE. This bid consists of one aggregate class representing various aviation and powerplant systems trainers used by Aviation High School. These items are necessary for students partaking in the school’s FAA-certified Aviation Maintenance Technician program because it will allow the students to get hands-on experience preparing them for the Airframe and Powerplant certification exams.
