The scope performed under this contract includes the sound separation of the performance space to the adjacent facilities, replacement of the historic vaulted ceiling, construction of new restrooms and back of house support spaces, and installation of new MEP, fire alarm, and stand pipe/sprinkler systems. To meet ADA requirements, a gently sloped walkway with a railing will lead to the entrance to the building.
