he New York City Department of Citywide Administrative Services ("DCAS") is issuing a solicitation to obtain bids to procure for the city of New York Department of Transportation (DOT)
Marine Engine lLbricating Oil
to be used for the lubrication of turbo-charged and blower type two-stroke electro-motive diesel (EMD) marine engines and to be formulated for use with low sulfur and ultra-low sulfur diesel fuels. See the solicitation documents for additional details.
Please submit your proposals by both acknowledging the receipt of the RFX in the Acknowledgement tab and completing your response in the Manage Responses tab.
