Sealed paper bids are invited for the Northern Region Roof Replacements project. The project is generally described as: Replacement of mixed roofing types at six state parks in the northern region of Virginia. Roof types to be replaced include asphalt shingles, shakes, and metals. The existing buildings are generally occupied or used for demonstration/educational purposes. The work will be performed under a single contract.Pre-bid conference will be held 1:00 p.m., November 13th, 2025, at the Shenandoah River State Park Visitors Center, 350 Daughter of Stars Drive, Bentonville, VA 22610.
