(PIN: 25BSEDM04401/ EPIN: 07125B0007) This Competitive Sealed Bid (“RFx”) is being released through PASSPort, New York City’s online procurement portal on Wednesday July 8 2026 . To access the solicitation, vendors should visit the PASSPort Public Portal at https://www.nyc.gov/site/mocs/passport/about-passport.page , and click on the “Procurement Navigator” blue box. This will take you to the Public Portal of all procurements in the PASSPort system. To quickly locate the RFx, insert the EPIN 07125B0007 into the Keywords search field.
