The work to be performed under this Contract includes furnishing all labor, materials, travel time, equipment, transportation and all other work incidental thereto necessary or required to provide Heating, Ventilation, Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration (“HVAC&R”) equipment and systems installation, maintenance, and repair services to the City of New York (the “City”) Department of Parks and Recreation (the “Agency” or the “Department” or “NYC Parks” or “Parks”) at NYC Parks facilities, Citywide This Request for Bids is released through PASSPort, New York City’s online procurement portal. Responses to this CSB must be submitted via PASSPort. To access the CSB, vendors should visit the PASSPort public Portal at https://www1.nyc.gov/site/mocs/systems/about-go-to-passport.page and click on the “Search Funding Opportunities in PASSPort” blue box.
