Description

HPD seeks bids for Lead Paint Abatement Services in occupied buildings. 2 awards are to be made from the bids received, together to service all 5 boroughs. Each contract is to be awarded for up to $3,850,000 for a 2-year initial term, with payment to be made according to the prices bid and accepted by HPD. An optional, but highly-recommended Pre-Bid Conference will be held for prospective bidders.
Bidders must satisfy all qualifications required by applicable law, rule, or statute. Prospective bidders are encouraged to access solicitation documents and submit bids through PASSPort ( https://www.nyc.gov/BusinessOpportunities ). All details provided on PASSPort. Bid security must be provided as instructed in PASSPort.
