85725B0091-HEATING OIL: BIO-BLEND, RACK PICKUP-(2B10 & 2B20)

The New York City Department of Citywide Administrative Services ("DCAS") is issuing a solicitation to obtain bids to procure in bulk, fuel oil blends containing 10% to 20% biodiesel (B100) with grade 2 oil (#2 oil) for domestic and commerical burners for use by the city of New York and to be picked up city trucks from designated terminals.
