B08-2025 Former Montgomery Township Municipal Building Demolition

Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the Township of Montgomery, Somerset County, New Jersey, for the Former Municipal Building (the “Project”) ERI Project No. 55000 05B until 11:00 AM prevailing time on AUGUST 26, 2025, at which time the bids will be opened and publicly read aloud in the Montgomery Township Meeting Hall, Room 118A on the first floor of the Municipal Center located at 100 Community Drive, Skillman, New Jersey 08558. A pre-bid meeting will be held at 10:00 AM prevailing time on AUGUST 5, 2025, at the Project Site at 2261 Route 206, Belle Mead, New Jersey, 08502. All contractors are encouraged to supply their own PPE to protect against potential mold and other possible hazardous materials or conditions. Contractors are strongly encouraged to attend. Bids received after the designated time shall be deemed unresponsive and shall not be opened.
