AMENDMENT 2:
The purpose of this amendment is to:
A. Add revised SOW dated 11 Aug 2025 reflecting Honeywell Notifier 3030 panel vice 320 panel
B. Add Attachment 8, RFI Questions and Answers

AMENDMENT 1: Added Attachments 6 and 7 showing floor plans of each building.

The removal and replacement of the existing fire alarm CO/smoke detectors for buildings 550 and 555. The work shall include replacement of the existing detectors as well as any labor required for programming and commissioning. The contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, and transportation required to accomplish this work.
NO ADVANCED PAYMENTS WILL BE MADE FOR THIS CONTRACT.
Site Visit, RSVP, and Base Entry: The Government invites you to a site visit on 7 August 2025 at 10:00 AM CDT. Attendance is highly encouraged but not mandatory. Please note that registration is required by 4:00 PM CDT on 5 August 2025. To register, please email the POC requesting a DoD Safe drop-off link to securely upload your completed Entry Authorization Listing (EAL) document (found in the list of SAM.gov attachments). If you do not contact the POC by 4:00 PM CDT on 5 August 2025, you will not be able to attend the site visit.
Identification: All attendees must bring a valid photo ID.
Vehicle Requirements: If driving on base, please ensure the driver has driver's license, vehicle registration, and proof of insurance.
IMPORTANT: All contractors should arrive at Columbus AFB’s Visitors Center early and wait for a 14th Contracting Squadron representative to arrive and lead them to the site visit location. The representative will leave the visitors center at 10:00 AM.
Factors being utilized to evaluate proposals are:
1. See clause 52.212-2 in Attachment 2 Provisions and Clauses.
2. Quote: (See Pricing Schedule on page 3 of the Combined Synopsis attachment. The quote must include the total price of completion of the entire job outlined in the SOW.
2: Capability Statement: Submit capability statement in accordance with the Statement of Work.
A completed Quote and Capability Statement shall be submitted via email to mcgil_jan.sabado.ph@us.af.mil and CC'd to ranie.boukzam@us.af.mil no later than 12:00 PM CDT on 15 August 2025 for consideration. Please do not copy and paste the Statement of Work. Questions are due no later than 12:00 PM CDT, 11 August 2025. The Government is not obligated to accept any Quotes/Capability Statement or to answer any questions submitted after the deadline. It is the vendor's responsibility to monitor the solicitation
