Description

Department of Citywide Administration Services is seeking a qualified vendor to complete the renovation on 25th Floor, 1 Centre Street, New York, NY 10007. Estimated term of the contract is three years. This solicitation is being made pursuant to the Competitive Sealed Bidding Method, Section 3-02 of the New York City Procurement Policy Board (PPB) Rules. Site visit is the only date and time available for this CSB as following: Date: May 20, 2026, Start Time: 9:00 A.M. Address: 1 Centre Street, New York, NY 10007
