Department of Citywide Administration Services is seeking a qualified vendor to provide, during the term of the Contract, the City’s requirements for labor and materials necessary for the Elevator Modernization at 851 Grand Concourse, Bronx that includes, but not be limited to, replacement of the Elevator cabs, controls and ancillary system components, providing split AC-DX cooling systems, remedial Architectural Work and Electrical Work.
