This solicitation is being made pursuant to the Competitive Sealed Bidding, Section 3-02 of the New York City Procurement Policy Board (PPB) Rules.
Department of Citywide Administration Services is seeking a qualified vendor to modernize the elevators at 1 Centre Street, New York, NY 10007. Estimated term of the contract is three years. Site visit is the only date and time available for this CSB as following: Sit Visit: Date: September 29, 2025 Start Time: 9:00am Address: 1 Centre Street, New York, NY 10007 Please send your attendance confirmation to fmai@dcas.nyc.gov DCAS project managers will meet interested bidders at 9:00am at the South building, in the lobby. OCP Agency 856 will have bid openings virtually via Teams. Please use the link in the Address Location box in PASSPort for the link. Pre-Bid Conference will be held virtually.
