The scope of work under this Contract is to provide the necessary labor, materials, and equipment to reconstruct dock fender system at the Hunts Pont Wastewater Resource Recovery Facility. This Competitive Sealed Bid (“RFx”) is being released through PASSPort, New York City’s online procurement portal. Responses to this RFx should be submitted via PASSPort.
