CAT-399G: Hudson River Drainage Chamber Rehabilitation, General
Under this Project, civil, structural and architectural features will be restored as well as functionality of the HRDC blow-off valves and ancillary mechanical equipment. In addition, permanent access will be provided to both sites, permanent electric power provided to HRDC, and facilities will be secured. Valve replacement requires a Catskill Aqueduct shutdown for installation. Replacement of the large valves or removal of valves and sealing the discharge is planned to occur during the fall 2026 Catskill Aqueduct shutdown This Competitive Sealed Bid (“RFx") is being released through PASSPort, New York City’s online procurement portal. Responses to this RFx should be submitted via PASSPort.
