Summary

These projects, Ayers Road Stormwater Management Facility (SMF)-4 and Quality Drive Pond SE Flume Restoration, consist of the construction of subsidence mitigation measures, the placement of various geo-fabrics, clay, clean fill and work incidental to same for Ayers Road SMF-4 and demolition and the construction of a replacement flume for Quality Drive Pond SE Flume and work incidental to same.

Background

Ayers Road SMF-4 has experienced pockets of subsidence in the Southeast quadrant of the pond. The SE flume on Quality Drive Pond has been washed out and needs to be demolished and rebuilt.
