This is a synopsis of commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 5.207, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
There was no solicitation due to the emergency need in accordance with FAR 6.302-2 Unusual and Compelling Urgency.
This procurement was not a set aside.
The VA awarded one firm fixed price contract to Kurita America Inc. to provide 3,000 gallons of propylene glycol to the Sioux Falls VA Health Care System, 2501 W 22nd Street, Sioux Falls, SD 57105.
$49,563.72 was awarded 11/5/2024 under contract number 36C26325P0127.
