146 AW FSS LODGING SERVICES - 2026 RSD

The California Air National Guard, 146th Airlift Wing (146th AW) Channel Islands ANG Station, Port Hueneme has a requirement, subject to the availability of funding, entitled: 146th AW FSS Lodging Services – 2026 RSD

The 146th AW intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) set aside 100% for a Small Business competition that results in award of one (1) firm-fixed-price contract.

The general scope of the requirement is that the Contractor shall provide a maximum of two (2) AAA 3-Diamond lodging facilities to accommodate approximately 203 double-occupancy rooms for 146th AW members on Regularly Scheduled Drill (RSD) weekends throughout the calendar year of 2026. The lodging facilities must be within a 20-mile driving distance to Channel Islands Air National Guard Station, 119 Mulcahey Dr., Port Hueneme, California.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 721110 Hotels (except Casino Hotels) & Motels with a small business size standard of $40.0 Million.

This synopsis is not a Request for Quote (RFQ), Request for Proposal (RFP), or an Invitation for Bid (IFB). In accordance with FAR Part 5.204, this is a Presolicitation Notice indicating that a solicitation for a competitive acquisition for award of one firm-fixed-price contract is intended to be publicized on https://SAM.gov on or about the week of 06 October 2025. The 146th AW Lodging Services – 2026 RSD performance work statement will be detailed in the formal solicitation when issued. Quotes will be due no less than 15 days from the date the solicitation is issued. The definitive due date and time will be stated in the solicitation and any associated amendments that may be issued.
