Description
This Request for Proposals ("RFP") is being released on behalf of the Maine, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Vermont, Rhode Island and New Hampshire electric and natural gas utilities and Study Sponsors who administer energy efficiency and demand-side management programs, collectively (the "Program Administrators" or "PAs"). The program administrators in the six-state region are soliciting bids from consulting firms to provide projections of avoided energy supply costs to support their program planning and regulatory filings over the next three years. The project sponsors, in collaboration with state agencies, non-utility parties, and their consultants, constitute the Study Group. The Study Group is responsible for selecting the Contractor to conduct the study, reviewing study methodologies and draft work products, monitoring progress of the study, and ensuring the results satisfy the study goals.
