The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Information Technology Procurement Office (ITPO) Information Technology Technology Procurements On-Demand Team (ITPOD) needs a high voltage and high power, AVL Ripple Generator and Impedance Measurement System or Equivalent capable of performing analysis on both DC and AC circuits to support lab testing and development. This equipment will enable impedance evaluation for DC systems greater than or equal to 1000Vdc, single-phase AC, and three-phase AC circuits of at least 1000Vpeak or greater with minimal setup reconfiguration. Also included in the procurement are Consulting Services from the vendor providing: Guidance on safe and proper equipment setup and operation, and perform customer tailored workshops with best practice examples.
Note regarding hazard analysis below: This equipment will be integrated with the electrical systems under test using center-wide lock-out tagout procedures where the systems are de-energized during integration. No HV during install.
