Project Description: Request for Bids – RFB 2025-005, Aviation Parkway Rehabilitation). Sealed Bids will be accepted at the City of Waco’s Operations Center, 1415 N. 4th Street, Waco, TX until 2:00 P.M. (NOW: THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 20, 2025); WAS: Wednesday, February 12, 2025. The Aviation Parkway Rehabilitation will include 6.17 lane miles of mill and overlay and various street and drainage and metal guard rail improvements on Aviation Parkway.
