This is not a notice for a solicitation. This is not a Request for Proposal or Request for Whitepapers. This Special Notice is to advise interested members of the Aviation and Missile Technology Consortium (AMTC), as well as other interested members within the U.S. technology base, that a Request for Enhanced Whitepapers (RWP) has been issued by Advanced Technology International (ATI) for the Aviation and Missile Technology Consortium (AMTC). The AMTC, comprised of the National Armaments Consortium (NAC) and the Vertical Lift Consortium (VLC), has partnered with the U.S. Army’s Combat Capabilities Development Command Aviation & Missile Center and the Army Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal (ACC-RSA) to develop innovative aviation and missile technologies that rapidly and affordably enhance warfighter lethality, survivability, and combat effectiveness.
Please note that any projects awarded in response to the RWP (solicitation) will include the following statement relative to the potential for follow-on production:
"In accordance with 10.U.S.C. 4022(f), and upon a determination that the prototype project for this transaction has been successfully completed, this competitively awarded prototype OTA may result in the award of a follow-on production contract or transaction without the use of competitive procedures."
The Government is seeking Enhanced Whitepapers under the AMTC RWP in accordance with the AMTC-24-03 Objective Requirements Document (ORD).
Interested parties can be directed to https://www.amtcenterprise.org to obtain information regarding this Request for Enhanced Whitepapers. Interested parties are required to be members of the Aviation and Missile Technology Consortium (AMTC) to respond to the solicitation. Interested parties who are not members and interested in becoming members should contact amtc@ati.org. Only members of the AMTC can respond to the solicitation.
