The City of Phoenix is seeking up to five qualified consultants to provide various Airport Planning on-call consulting services for the Aviation Department for projects located at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX), Phoenix Deer Valley Airport (DVT), and Phoenix Goodyear Airport (GYR) on an as-needed basis from July 1, 2025 o June 30, 2030. The total agreement value for each selected firm will be $4 Million.
