Description

This project is located at 4728 West Blvd., Charlotte, NC 28208 and consists of demolition of approximately 2000 square feet (sf) of existing office space which will be upfit to 4800 sf of new office space for 40 people that will include offices, a conference room, cubicle spaces, restrooms, and breakroom. Additionally, this project will include site improvements to existing parking areas that require storm water drainage, paving, and striping.
