Avanti Software Professional Services for Software Upgrade

Oregon State University intends to contract for the provision of professional services from EPS US, LLC dba Print ePS as a sole source because of the contractor being the single provider of the goods and/or services. OSU is upgrading existing Avanti Software owned by Print ePS. In addition, Print ePS is the only authorized source for updates, maintenance and support of the Avanti platform in the United States. An entity may appeal this determination in accordance with OSU Standard 03-010. Section 5.17 no later than the closing date indicated on the website. Appeals must be submitted to Procurement, Contracts and Materials Management at procurement@oregonstate.edu by September 17, 2025, by 10am PT.
