NOTICE OF VIEWING AND FINAL HEARING FOR THE

PROPOSED VACATION OF A PORTION OF AUX BOIS DRIVE

SITUATED WITHIN STONELICK TOWNSHIP, CLERMONT COUNTY, OHIO

The Board of County Commissioners of Clermont County, Ohio, pursuant to the authority vested in the Board of County Commissioners by Section 5553.045 of the Ohio Revised Code, will consider the proposed vacation of a portion of Aux Bois Drive situated within Stonelick Township, Clermont County, Ohio, and situated in Taylor’s Military Survey Number 4237, in Stonelick Township, and being more particularly described as follows:

A subdivision of lands contained within Military Survey 4257 and a part of a 78.126-acre tract situated in the southeast corner known as Le Fauborg Subdivision, Block One, per the attached Exhibit A to the Stonelick Township Resolution no. 001-2025 dated April 2, 2025.

The Board of Clermont County Commissioners will be on site to View the proposed vacation of a portion of Aux Bois Drive situated within Stonelick Township on July 23, 2025, at or about  8:30 AM local time, with the Public Hearing held July 23, 2025, at 11:15 AM local time in the Office of the Board of County Commissioners, Clermont County, Ohio, 101 East Main Street, Batavia, Ohio 45103-2960.
