Automotive Training Equipment Lease

This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by Red Deer Polytechnic (“RDP”) to prospective respondents to submit quotations for Automotive Training Equipment Lease. RDP is seeking a qualified supplier to provide current-generation Automotive Training Equipment through a lease arrangement for use in RDP’s Automotive programs. This will include the lease, supply, delivery, installation, set-up, commissioning, warranty support, service coordination, training, and scheduled equipment refresh of the required equipment, together with all related components, accessories, software, documentation, and support required for safe and effective instructional use.

Quotations must be finalized and fully uploaded in the bidding system on or before the Submission Deadline. The time of receipt of quotations shall be determined by the bidding system web clock. Late submissions will not be accepted by the bidding system and will be disqualified as late.

All respondents must have a vendor account with RDP’s electronic bidding system at: www.MERX.com This will enable the respondent to download the solicitation document, to ask questions, to receive addenda email notifications, download addenda, and submit their quotation electronically through the bidding system.
