1.0 Scope of Solicitation – It is the intention of the Cypress-Fairbanks Independent School District (CFISD, the District and/or Owner) to establish an annual contract, on an as needed basis, to secure a qualified and reliable vendor for the supply and delivery of automotive lubricants used in the maintenance and servicing of the district's transportation fleet.
