Project Description: This courtesy posting is provided as notice of the State of Utah's intent to participate in the contracts resulting from the Automobiles, SUVs, Vans, and Light Trucks with Related Equipment and Accessories for Sourcewell. The Solicitation is now available to download online at: https://proportal.sourcewell-mn.gov/Module/Tenders/en/Home/BidsHomepage, the solicitation number is RFP_081325. The RFP is scheduled to close on August 13, 2025 at 4:30 pm Central Time. Vendors must monitor Sourcewell's posting for any extensions or modifications in their eProcurement System.

Utah Vendors are encouraged to respond to the solicitation, even if they are only intending to provide the goods/services in the State of Utah. If the State of Utah enters into a Participating Addendum it will be for the benefit of all Utah public entities, nonprofit organizations, and agencies of the federal government, i.e. State of Utah departments, agencies, and institutions, political subdivisions (colleges, universities, school districts, special service districts, cities and counties, etc.), and, as applicable, nonprofit organizations, agencies of the federal government, or any other entity authorized by the laws of the State of Utah to participate in State Cooperative Contracts will be allowed to use this Contract.
