Automatic Temperature Control (ATC) System Replacement at Chesterbrook ES

Project Description: You are invited to submit an electronic bid for the following: Furnish all labor and materials for the Automatic Temperature Control (ATC) System Replacement at Chesterbrook Elementary School, in accordance with specifications and drawings available for download from the Bonfire website.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held December 4, 2025*, at 9:30 a.m. at Chesterbrook Elementary School, 1753 Kirby Road, McLean, Virginia 22101. Contractors shall meet in the Lobby of the buildings front entrance to sign the meeting roster. NO ONE WILL BE ADMITTED AFTER 9:35 A.M. Bidders who do not attend the pre-bid meeting will not be permitted to submit a Bid. A Bid submitted by a Bidder who did not attend the mandatory pre-bid meeting will not be eligible for award.
