Automatic Gate Entry Repair - Stockton

The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits and fees necessary for the Automatic Gate Entry Systems Repair - Stockton located at Stockton Readiness Center, 8010 S. Airport Way, Stockton, CA 95206.  Work to include: The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment to repair automatic gates at the Stockton Armory.  All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). Bid submissions shall be emailed to PWC@cmd.ca.gov with the subject title BID FOR EVENT# 35614 - DO NOT OPEN.
Bidders are not required to visit the worksite. Bidders are responsible for satisfying themselves as to the local conditions, to accurately measure area and ensure the actual area of work for the preparation of their bid.¿Contractors bidding without visiting the worksite do so at their own risk.¿Bidders can schedule a worksite visit by contacting CPT Garrett Sawtelle at Garrett.Sawtelle@cmd.ca.gov or SSG Brandy Llamas at Brandy.Llamas@cmd.ca.gov. Job walk must be completed by May 29, 2025.
Prospective bidders MUST sign-in prior to the start of the pre-bid job walk, attend the entire pre-bid job walk and be present for roll call at the conclusion of the pre-bid job walk. Bidders who do not remain for the entire pre-bid job walk will be considered non-responsive and will not be allowed to bid on this project.
The prime contractor MUST possess a type D-28 - Doors, Gates and Activating Devices license, or subcontract to one.

If an addendum is necessary, it will be issued prior to the Bid Opening. The bid opening will be held on 6/5/2025 at 2:00 PM.
