Scope
|
a. The County may require work to be performed at any of its facilities. b. All work performed under this Contract must conform to all applicable Local, State and Federal codes and standards. c. When work is being performed under the terms and conditions of this Contract, the Contractor must at all times have a designated representative on site. The Contractor’s designated representative, and supervisor must be able to communicate with the County’s representative fluently in the English language. d. Travel time will not be paid. e. Regular working hours will be 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Overtime hours are any hours after 3:30 and before 7:00 a.m., Monday through Friday, and any hours on Saturday/ Sunday or County Holidays. Any changes to these working hours must be approved in advance. County Holidays are as follows:
