A Non-Mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, April 29, 2025 at Terminal Building at Skylark Field Airport, 1523 Stonetree Dr., Killeen, Texas 76543.

Bid questions will be accepted on the OpenGov E-Bidding site ( https://procurement.opengov.com/login ), until 5:00 pm on Wednesday, May 7, 2025 . Questions will be answered in the form of an addendum and posted on the OpenGov E-Bidding site . It is the bidder’s/proposer’s responsibility to obtain and acknowledge all addendums.
