Notice is hereby given that the City of Killeen will receive sealed bids for Automated Weather Observing System (AWOS) Relocation at Skylark Field electronically through the City’s OpenGov e-bidding site or addressed to the City of Killeen, Attn: Purchasing Division, 802 N. 2nd Street, Building E, 2nd Floor, Killeen, Texas 76541, until 2:00 pm on Tuesday, March 11, 2025 . Mailed or hand delivered bid submissions must be plainly marked with the name and address of the bidder and “BID NO. 25-12 , Automated Weather Observing System (AWOS) Relocation at Skylark Field , 2:00 pm on Tuesday, March 11, 2025 ”.

A Non-Mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, February 18, 2025 at Terminal Building at Skylark Field Airport, 1523 Stonetree Dr., Killeen, Texas 76543.

Bid questions will be accepted on the OpenGov E-Bidding site ( https://procurement.opengov.com/login ), until 5:00 pm on Friday, February 28, 2025 . Questions will be answered in the form of an addendum and posted on the OpenGov E-Bidding site . It is the bidder’s/proposer’s responsibility to obtain and acknowledge all addendums.
