The awarded Standard Purchase Order will not be subject to a specific time term and/or renewal. Equivalent make and models are not acceptable. The proposal must include detailed specifications of the equipment’s warranty and lead time to deliver the units. The City of Oakland invites your firm to submit a bid to fully provide the goods and or services described herein. This Request For Quotation and any subsequent contract award will be in strict accordance with the documents identified below: Offeror should check and be sure that they have received all documents and should follow the instructions contained within this RFQ when preparing their bid.
