NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed proposals stating qualifications and performance will be received by Whatcom County Purchasing at their office in the Administrative Services Department on the fifth floor of the Whatcom County Courthouse, 311 Grand Ave Suite 503, Bellingham WA 98225 for the following:

Autobody Repair Services for County-owned Vehicles

2:30 PM, Tuesday, September 9, 2025

And at which time and place the responses will be publicly opened and the names of the submitters identified. All interested people are invited to be present. Late submittals will not be considered. Additionally, Whatcom County expressly reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, and to waive any irregularities.

Through this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) Whatcom County government requests proposals from qualified autobody repair shops interested in providing Whatcom County with autobody repairs on county-owned vehicles.
