The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-27 effective March 19, 2026. This acquisition is solicited as a 100% set-aside for Small Business (SB). Also, the vender is required to submit in detail the items origins of manufacture country. Products manufactured origins will factor as part of the evaluation, products manufactured in the United States will take priority over products with trade agreement countries and countries outside the United States. Also trade agreement countries will take priority over products just manufactured outside the United States.
