Auto & Bus Parts and Supplies (Catalog Bid)

Project Description: Donna ISD must adhere to State Purchasing Laws and competitively procure for purchases of goods and services. One method to seek bids and proposals for goods and services is for the district to issue a "discount from your catalog list" bid in order to establish an awarded vendor list from which the District employees can purchase from an as needed basis. It is the intent to award this bid to multiple vendors. This will give district employees the flexibility to contact the vendors who have the best value for particular items. Donna I.S.D. is requesting bids for discount proposals to be offered off your printed catalog price for the 2025-2026 school year for Auto & Bus Parts and Supplies (Catalog Bid). Purchases will be made on selection, service and price. The term of this bid is effective September 1, 2025 through August 31, 2026 following school board approval; with the option to extend up to two (2) additional year periods if all parties are in agreement. Therefore, if you would like to do business with Donna ISD you must complete and return this bid. Discount prices will include all shipping and handling charges, F.O.B. Destination, unless otherwise noted or unless other terms have been negotiated. The District does not guarantee any quantities that will be purchased as a result of this Request for Proposal.
